Hi good day, as you are aware still there’s no improvement and good electricity services in yeh province Basilan, as you are aware our light bulb at home has been damaged due to on-and-off electricity. We consumers are most pitiful because we’re paying correctly of our electric bill but why is the service they provide to consumers like that. Even there’s always blackout and yet our electric bill is high. Kindly request at your good office to seek help from our President to address this matter. Thank you.

I think you have to do some actions, still the BASELCO doing same, yesterday (30 November) 4 times black out and today 1st of December, 3 times (on and off). I received the bill for the month of October, our bill caused high due to on and off electricity. We consumers frustrated about what they are doing to us. Where is the justice?
