I am writing to request information regarding the weather conditions and phenomena in Region 3. I am Ryoji Bernardo, an undergraduate student from Mapua University, and I am conducting a study.
Specifically, I would like to know:
1) The average temperature, rainfall, humidity, and wind speed.
2) The frequency and intensity of typhoons, droughts, floods, and landslides.
3) The effects of these weather conditions and phenomena on crop production, soil quality, water availability, and farmers' livelihoods.
I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the relevant data and reports.

I refer to my letter of Jul 12, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The Weather Conditions and Phenomena in Region 3. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Oct 04, 2023.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
