Hi ma'am I would like to report the DFA Robinson Gensan of their unequal treatment.We came from cotabato since we want to rush our passport application,we choose to have schedule to the nearest DFA bcoz cotabato DFA has no slot.Althoughs it's hardr us to travel 5hrs going gensan we take a risk in order that our money will not be wasted.We pay the regular passport fee for 950.00.We have successfully online appointme together with complete requirements and valid ID's.One of the personnel on step 2 suddenly disqualified us bcoz our valid ID is lacking supposed we have postal ID and voters,NBI as
Please help us to address our problem sir/maam.Because as applicant from cotabato it hard for us to travel 5hours expecting that our passport application would be successful but unfortunately the gensan Robinson branch make us difficult,there requirements is different to the true requirements of passport application they make the requirements complicated to the people especially people who is poor.Our requirements is valid ID's supposedly DFA required only 1 but we presented more than one valid ID's postal ID,voters certificate together with the NBI but sadly the personnel there did not accept our requirements because he needs supporting documents when I ask what kind of supporting documents I Ned p DW to request form 137 in my old school even old NBI clearance what kind of personnel is that.?isang ID lng kelngan hanapan nya p Ng maraming documents Ang Tao pinapahirapan nya Ang tao.please help us n maaksyunan po Ito KC sayang PO ung binayad k at Wala din akong napala s schedule Ng passport k.slamat po godbless
