2.) Total population of UPLB faculty members from 2015-2020

3.) Total population of UPLB senior highschool and college students from 2015-2020

This refers to your request dated 04 November 2019 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for the following information: 

1.) Total number of UPLB faculty members for the year 2019-2020
2.) Total population of UPLB faculty members from 2015-2020
3.) Total population of UPLB senior highschool and college students from 2015-2020

The purpose for your request is for a feasibility study.

Since you did not provide Form F, which needs the signature of your professor as the person administering the oath, being required under the UP FOI Manual, we regret that in the meantime we are constrained to DENY your request.

Article III Section 7 of the 1987 Constitution which is the basis for the requirement under the UP FOI Manual states:

“The right of the people to information on matters of public concern shall be recognized. Access to official records, and to the documents, and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development, shall be afforded the citizen, subject to such limitations as many be provided by law.”
