I am Jesusa Cristha O. Casiño, a 4th-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Southern Luzon State University. I am currently in the process of conducting a feasibility study with the aim of establishing a Math Academy in Tayabas City.
To ensure the accuracy and success of my research, I kindly request your assistance in obtaining important data related to student enrollment in elementary level to senior high school within Tayabas School over the last five year. The information will be used to understand the current state of math education and its challenges in our community.
I specifically request the following data:
1. Situation of Math Education (Last 5 Years): I am seeking information about the state of math education in Tayabas School.
2. Number of Students Who Failed Math Subject (Last 5 Years): Please provide statistics on the number of students who have encountered difficulties or failed math subjects and grade distribution per level.
3. DepEd Intervention Measures for Students Who Failed Math: I am interested in understanding the intervention measures and programs implemented by the Department of Education (DepEd) to support students who have faced challenges or failed in math subject.
