I refer to my letter of 18 December 2019 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for the total number of riders, SJT issued and SVC Topup per station per month for MRT3.
Our response to your request is due on 07 January 2020. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because FOI Portal is currently experiencing temporary technical difficulties in the electronic portal due to updating of other functions of the portal.

I refer to my letter of January 14, 2020 09:43 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The total number of riders, SJT issued and SVC Topup per station per month for MRT3.
Per memorandum released by our Legal Affairs Office last 24 August 2018, any person who request information or documents in DOTr via the eFOI portal should "reasonably describe the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request for information." This also in accordance to E.O No. 2, s. 2016.

Dear Gilbert,
I refer to my letter of Jan 23, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The total number of riders, SJT issued and SVC Topup per station per month for MRT3. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Apr 16, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
