Greeting! We would like to make a formal request for the beneficiaries of the Pantawaid Pamilyang Pilipino Program(4P's) in Balanga City Bataan for research purposes. Our research title is about "EFFECTIVENESS OF PANTAWID PAMILYANG PILIPINO PROGRAM (4P's) TO THE BENEFICIARIES IN CITY OF BALANGA, BATAAN.
The Data Should Include the following
1. Number and List of Overall Beneficiaries of the 4P's in Balanga, Bataan; and
2. Their Address.

I refer to my letter of Mar 16, 2022 08:14:23 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The total Number of Panatawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program(4P's)Beneficiary in City of Balanga Bataan.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we find your request to be incomplete. Thus, your FOI request did not meet the requisites of a valid FOI request.
Section 9 of Executive Order No. 2 states that:
SECTION 9. Procedure. The following procedure shall govern the filing and processing of requests for access to information:
(a) Any person who requests access to information shall submit a written request to the government office concerned. As emphasized, you only enumerated the requested information and purpose of the request, but, failed to state your contact information. Lastly, we noticed that you did not attach any valid proof of identification.
