Greetings, I am writing to request information on how many licensed drivers have the particular restriction code. I am aware that the LTO is revising the licensing system, including the restriction codes, so I will only request information from the previous year. Thus, please provide information on how many drivers per restriction code according to the older and nearing-replacement 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 system.
