I have the honor to request from your Office for the total count of Operators and Drivers of UV-Express of Ilocos Sur specifically within Tagudin – Vigan and vice- versa routes. I need the data for the total enumeration on population and locale/respondents for my Thesis entitled VANAID: A RIDE-SHARING and RESERVATION APP FOR UVEXPRESS TAGUDIN-VIGAN. A study that will help both the commuters and UVExpress operators and drivers for a more systematic transportation operations and management.
