I want to know if the process of separation pay last up to 3 months longer from the date of filing because that's happening now in my agency. Need guidance in this matter.

May 10, 2021 Dear Kerry Ann Decamon, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 08, 2021 01:15:53 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for The separation pay procedure May we refer you to DOLE LA No. 6 series of 2020 Guidelines on the Payment of Final Pay and Issuance of Certificate of Employment (Please see attached file). Such issuance set a 30 day final pay release of separation pay. Further, any issue or claim dispute shall be filed before the DOLE RO/FO having jurisdiction in your workplace. Thank you.
