Response to Request In as much as we would like to assist you with your request, we cannot furnish you a copy of the document you are asking for because we do not have it in our possession. Company rules and policies are covered by what we call as management prerogative which gives allowance to companies on how they would run their business. As a general rule, these company rules remain in the possession of companies and is communicated to all employees. The law allows this provided the rules and policies are not contrary to labor laws. Only if there are complaints, the DOLE thru our SENA Officers got hold of this policies.
