I would like to request for information regarding: 1. The rights of a buyer in buying a house in a subdivision after paying the equity. 2. Is there a law/rule that states that the housing developer should inform the buyer for the construction of the house or at least inform the buyer of the timetable in constructing its purchased house? 3. What are the responsibilities of the owner/developer?
