Dear Rocel Vincent,
As I was reviewing the FOI requests that we have received and have piled up during the past months because of the pandemic, I noticed that you had another request dated January 26, 2020 requesting for electronic copy of the Philippine Renal Registry Annual reports from 2010-2019. In my response to that FOI request, I asked whether it is just a follow-up or an additional to this initial request.
Early this evening, I received an update on the status of several FOI requests and among these are your two requests with a note that the request made on Jan 26, 2020 with Tracking Number NKTI856810170938 was already successful.
This specific request sent on January 6, 2020 with Tracking Number NKTI-881582579685, however, is still "processing" and awaiting clarification. Are we still to proceed with processing of this request considering that the other request was already considered as successful?
Should you have any further concerns, please feel free to reply to this email via the FOI portal. We would like to help you as much as possible regarding your queries.
Hoping to hear from you.
Sincerely,
Dr. Ernesto R. Que

Good Day!
That request dated back in January 26, 2020 was denied. The information that I want to have in this request is I believe to be a portion of that report that I got denied to have.
With that said, I am politely waiting and hoping to at least have the data I needed in this request as I was denied to have the full report.
Hoping for your consideration, Thank you very much!
Sincerely,
Rocel Vincent Peñoso
