Our company C&R Construction and Supply would like to humby request for a copy of rainfall intensity data located at Mintal Tugbok District from January 21, 2019 up to July 31, 2019. In the purpose of showing that the weather affect the costruction of the project entitled “Construction of 2 Storey 4 Classrooms w/ Roof deck” which is contructed inside the compound of Regional Training Center 11.

I refer to my letter of Aug 08, 2019 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The rainfall intensity data in Davao City. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Oct 31, 2019.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
