Good day! May I ask ma'am/ sir for the copy of the technical report of President Duterte's SONA 2018? Or if possible may I ask for the technical report of the previous year (2017)? The link I saw from a reply to a request in this site does not work. My purpose is for school presentation here in our school in Iloilo City. Thank You very much and a reply would be appreciated.
