I refer to my letter of Jul 16, 2020 02:50:28 PM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The Philippine Renal Disease Registry Report in the past 5 years.

Our response to your request is due on Aug 06, 2020 02:50:28 PM. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because of the present community quarantine during this time of covid pandemic.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 16, 2020 02:50:28 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request "The Philippine Renal Disease Registry Report 2015-2020" was forwarded to the PRDR, who controls this information, last August 24, 2020.
And in our reply to you on the same date we requested you to contact the Dr. Susan Jorge, Program manager, REDCOP, at [email protected] for the needed requirements in the processing of your request. On follow up at the said unit, we were informed that you have not contacted them yet as of today.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, the PRDR Office does not have the complete information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Dr. Susan Jorge, Program Manager at [email protected] for available data or resubmit a new FOI request for the Yr2016 and earlier through our eFOI portal. We will be more than willing to assist you in your new request.
