Your request
You asked for copy of DOLE Region 3’s order for NutriAsia and AsiaPro.
Response to Request
We acknowledge receipt of the copy of your identification cards as part of our verification process, hence your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of the DOLE Region 3’s order to Case No. RO03-BULFO-RI-2018-06-002 entitled In Re: Routine Inspection conducted at Nutri-Asia, Inc. (principal)/ B-Mirk Multi-purpose Cooperative, Asia Pro Multi-purpose Cooperative, Fast Services Corporation, Bison Security and Investigation Agency, City Service Corporation, Manchester Engineering (contractors), as requested.
However, please be informed that on 31 July 2018, the Department of Labor and Employment Regional Office No. III forwarded to the Bureau of Working Conditions (BWC) all documents pertaining to the above-mentioned case including Memorandum of Appeal from Asia Pro Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Manifestation from Nutri-Asia, Inc. as well as the Entry of Appearance, Notice of Appeal, and Memorandum on Appeal from Nagkakaisang Manggagawa ng Nutri-Asia. Hence, as of this writing, the entire case is no longer under our office and has already escalated to the Office of the Secretary.
To know more about the status of the case, you may contact the Labor Standards and Appeals Division of the Bureau of Working Conditions thru this number: 02 8527-3000 local 302.
Your right to request a review
