November 26, 2019 Dear Shirley Marie Bernardo, I refer to my letter of Nov 22, 2019 03:17:06 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The Number of Textile Mills and Digital Printing Shops in the Philippines. May we kindly request if you could use the link https://psa.gov.ph/classification/psic/?q=psic/search and select from there the PSIC Code you will need for industries involved in "Textile milling/manufacturing" , and "Digital Printing". The description of each industry classifications, as well as, their inclusions and exclusions, are given in the publication. We will use the PSIC Code of your choice to ask the division concerned for the distribution on the number on establishment you will chose . We will wait for your reply/confirmation on this. During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 18, 2020 04:41:01 AM, your request will be closed. Feb 18, 2020 Dear Shirley Marie, I refer to my letter of Nov 26, 2019 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The Number of Textile Mills and Digital Printing Shops in the Philippiness. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request. As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Feb 18, 2020. You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
