Greetings of Peace and Prosperity!
Regarding the formal letter request mentioned in your reply last Oct. 7, 2019, I just want to clarify if the letter request should be signed and approve by our research teacher and the Dean of our college? Or it is just a layout of our study together with the information about the requested data from your office written in a formal manner?
Thank you very much for your kind response.
