Thank you for your request dated December 09, 2018 10:57:35 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

For the years 2014 to 2017, we have identified that the information you are asking are available via SHFC’s website. You may access them through this link: https://www.shfc.dhsud.gov.ph/transparency-seal/.
Moreover, as SHFC has just gained access to the eFOI Portal this year, we would like to ask for your clarification should you still want to pursue your request for the list of taken-out projects from 2007 to 2017 regardless of this being addressed just this time. Please feel free to write your response to us.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Mr. Kevin D. Tan, Vice President of the Systems Coordination Group. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
