My thesis proposal title: DIGITAL MEDIA CONTENT DEVELOPMENT DESIGN SCHOOL: A TERTIARY EDUCATION AND TRAINING INSTITUTE IN NORTHERN MINDANAO
I am doing a thesis about a Digital Media Design School in Cagayan de Oro City. The proposed institutional building will be specifically for Arts & Humanities, Electronics & Automation and ICT Programs and all related associate degrees. This proposal project is a new form of school building with an expansion in educational technology research and development in the economic capital of Cagayan de Oro city. It publishes research on the planning, implementation, assessment and management of a variety of instructional technologies and environments for learning.
I am currently conducting my baseline data, in which I collect as much data as possible to help my research. Evaluating the current number of Senior High Schools taking the Arts & Design Track and ICT strand within Region 10 would support my proposal because the SHS Track aligns with the programs that my proposed Institute provides and depends on its users for the development of the School.

Here is my abstract of my study which is still in progress. I cannot provide an output like space planning, floor plan, design etc. since I'm still in Architectural Design 9 (Thesis 1). So this is the information I can provide. To provide an output such as building design and plan etc. I would need to take Architectural Design 10 (Thesis 2) which is still in the next semester.
Technology can be a powerful tool to transform learning. It can help affirm and advance relationships between educators and students, reinvent our approaches to learning and collaboration, shrink long-standing equity and accessibility gaps, and adapt learning experiences to meet the needs of all learners Over the years, technology has made significant progress. Media Design is everywhere around us and is always seen from the biggest form of billboards, televisions, and computers, to the smallest screens of our smartphones and smart watches — all of which are manifested into advertisements, programs, websites, and games. The general aim of this study is to develop a school providing an education that offers a wide selection of digital media design courses that is accessible in the Philippines, to construct an institution building designed to cater the needs of students who look for a tertiary education in the district of the city. A baseline data will be conducted through identifying the numbers of students enrolled in the related fields for the Digital Media Design School in Region X. The secondary analysis of quantitative data is to be used in this study, where data is displayed in diagram form aligning the list of programs and courses and data tabulated by the number of students enrolled in selected digital media fields. The outcome of this study using the acquired data would further solidify the specific plan and purposes what this proposed institutional building should consist.
