I would like to submit a formal request to obtain information regarding the Magna Carta of Women and reported violations by state agents of said legislation. How many violations by state agents of Republic Act No. 9710 were reported to the Philippine Commission on Women in 2016?

Aside from this, it is stated in Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016, SECTION 3. Access to information. Every Filipino shall have access to information, official records, public records and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development. Based on the personal identification you provided, you are a Canadian citizen so even if we have the information you are requesting, we cannot provide you said information based on Executive Order No. 2, s.2016.
