I am hereby asking your permission to allow us to conduct the research in your institution/department. This research will include an ocular visit in your facility, interviews on authorized personnel, data gathering, and other activities related to the completion of the study and thus, require the following data:
• Operational Background of the center
• Statistics/condition of stem cell therapy or bone marrow transplant
1. Number of cases yearly (2011-2019)
2. Number of successful and failed procedure
3. Survey or record data of interested number of people in stem cell therapy

Our response to your request is due on Mar 06, 2020 10:12:13 AM. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because of our present quarantine/pandemic status and the complexity of your request which includes site visits and interview.

Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Feb 16, 2020 10:12:13 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
Your Request on "The number of reported cases of successful and failed NKTI's stem cell therapy" has been successfully facilitated by the FOI committee and an interview with Dra. Bonifacio of the MCT has been conducted last Wednesday. We do hope that your needed information has been addressed.
