I am writing to formally request information under the Freedom of Information Philippines about the Total Number of Private Basic Education Teachers in Santa Rosa, Laguna per Barangay as well as the Total Number of Public Basic Education Teachers per Barangay in Santa Rosa, Laguna. This information will be used for academic research entitled "Job Satisfaction and Employees’ Retention of Public and Private Basic Education Institutions at Santa Rosa City, Laguna: Formulation of Effective Employee Retention".
The purpose of this research is to explore the factors that affect job satisfaction and employee retention in basic education institutions in Santa Rosa, Laguna. The findings of this study will be used solely for academic purposes, and will be published in academic journals and presented in conferences. We believe that this research will contribute significantly to the education sector in the Philippines, particularly in developing effective strategies for employee retention.
We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the requested information as soon as possible, but no later than 15 working days from the receipt of this letter, in accordance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. If there is any cost associated with obtaining this information, please inform us in advance.
