Hi! I would like to request for the following: 1. The current number of Prisoners nationwide and in the San Ramon Penal Colony 2. The current recidivism rate 3. The usual crimes why Prisoners are in Prison, the first time and the succeeding times.. I am doing a paper for my Masters of Law Course with San Beda University. Can I also ask for the contact person's info in the San Ramon Penal Colony, I was hoping I can seatdown with him/her for an interview. Thank you!
