Good day! I am currently conducting my research on the utilization of non-institutional approaches available at the pre-trial stage in view of the current health crisis.As part of my study, I wish to request information on the following matters: 1. Number of PDLs who applied for Bail from 2017-2019 (pre-pandemic) and 2020-2021 (during a pandemic) in BJMP-managed facilities around Metro Manila. 2. Number of PDLs whose applications for Bail have been granted from 2017-2019 and 2020-2021. 3. Average number of days for an application for bail before being granted/denied. Thank you!
