Hi! I would like some information about the following: 1) number of passengers daily and annually 2) number of cargo ships daily and annually
March 6, 2019 Dear Nicole, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 06, 2019 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for The number of passengers and cargo ships for Ports of Balwharteco, Dapdap, and Jubasan. Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve the annual and quarterly port traffic statistics from http://www.ppa.com.ph/annual-statistical-report-by-year-vol-1. For your request for daily port traffic statistics, we would need for you to resubmit your request as it is still missing some vital information, such as the submission of a duly accomplished Access to Information Request Form. You may download the form at http://www.ppa.com.ph/sites/default/files/forms_downloadable/Revised%20Access%20to%20Information%20Request%20Form.pdf Further, kindly inform us if your request is for academic or corporate purposes as there are necessary documents such as indorsement from the school stating that you are enrolled for the semester and the purpose of the request, or a Board Resolution/Secretary's Certificate stating you are duly authorized to request on behalf of the company and the purpose of the request. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to us. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you. Respectfully, Jan Pearl F. Portugal Acting FOI Receiving Officer
