Thank you for your request dated May 03, 2023 01:50:35 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for the number of overseas workers from the Municipality of Wao, Lanao Del Sur for the year 2018-2022. Mr. Ayco be correctly informed that the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) does not keep data neither the repository of OFW Information records. OWWA keeps data of only its member-OFWs. It is strongly suggested that you address your concern to the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) or the Philippine Statistical Authority which is the repository of government data. You may further, seek the Planning Officer of the Municipality of Wao, Lanao Del Sur for the household data. All LGUs collect household data for regular submission to the Provincial Office for budget allocation. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing the OWWA- FOI Decision Makers at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
