Dear Mr. Galvez:

You requested for information on the following: “(1) The Number of Out of School Youth (OSY) in each barangay of Palayan City, Nueva Ecija, (2) The Number of Out of School Youth engaged in the labor force, and (3) The Number of Out of School Youth that are willing to pursue their education.”

Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.

You may wish to consider addressing your request instead to the local government unit of Palayan City, Nueva Ecija.
