I refer to my letter of Jan 31, 2023 09:53:01 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The number of industrial and commercial establishment in Lucena City that have air conditioning.

In reply, please be informed of the following:

1. Kindly Attached scanned copies of your valid school/organization  I.D; and
2. Written indorsement of your supervising teacher/professor/ instructor pursuant to Section 21.3, Chapter VII-Standard Procedure for eFOI Requests of the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office does not have the information you have requested. Our Office does not have nor obtains any information whether a commercial establishment registered to us has/ or does not have air-conditioning system in their establishment, except if it is included as part of their inventory list submitted by taxpayers required to submit as compliance with the tax code. We do not maintain a database of registered establishments with or without air-conditioning system.
