Hi. I would like to know the following information
1. The number of people under the age of 50 who has received government financial aid to be able to continuously afford Antiretroviral drugs.
2. Does the government currently provide free ARV for patients? If so, what is the process in choosing which patients receive therapy?
3. The number of recorded HIV-positive patients since 2010.
4. The number of recorded HIV-positive patients who did not take ARV and have died in less than five years since 2010.
5. Mortality rate of HIV-positive patients who regularly take ARV in the last 5 years.

I refer to my letter of Nov 21, 2017 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The number of HIV-positive patients who received government aid for Antiretroviral therapy. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Feb 13, 2018.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
