Thank you for taking the time to reply to my query and request.
The requested information is vital in my thesis, in the form of a business plan. The proposed business will be offering a training program for Electro-Technical Ratings, which is under the monitoring of the Manila Industry Authority (MARINA). Part of the thesis will be needing the population of the following:
Holder of a diploma in Basic Education K-12 Program in the following tracks:
1. Pre-baccalaureateMaritime Specialization under STEM
2. Technical Vocational Livelihood (TVL) Maritime Specialization
3. Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) with specializations on the following:
a. Electrical
b. Electronics
c. Industrial Technology major in electrical, electronic or instrumentation
Apart from the population of the above request, may I also request the number of students taking the following specializations at present for forecasting the number of graduating TVL, TVET and Pre-Baccalaureate Maritime specialization students in the future.
Statistics on the said requests are needed to project how many of the population will be enrolling in the proposed business plan. The following qualifications are the minimum entry standards set by Manila Industry Authority (MARINA) in obtaining the said training program.

II am Hilyn D. Rosete, a candidate in an Executive Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Makati City. I am writing to request for data that is vital in completing my on-going thesis as this will become my ticket in finishing the degree.
To give an overview, I am writing a business plan that will establish an Electro-Technical Rating training course under the requirement of Standards of Training Certification and Watchkeeping - Regulation III/7 of the International Maritime Organization).
With this, it would need some information that would further support my research in establishing the said institution. The information requested will serve to determine the market share of the proposed business plan as they are the individuals who are qualified to enroll in the proposed Electro-Technical Rating training course as per Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) Circular.
Below are the data needed as per the above illustration:
1. Holders of a diploma in Basic Education K-12 Program in any of the following tracks: Pre baccalaureate Maritime Specialization under Science Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Strand;

In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Dec 30, 2019.
