Dear Ma'am/Sir,
I, Ace Adrian A. Mendiola, a bonafide fifth year architecture student at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines College of Architecture and Fine Arts, is requesting your good office for the following data as a part of our requirements in Architectural Design 9 (Thesis Writing) and Architectural Design 10. This for my thesis entitled, "Quezon City University: A Green Campus integrating a Human-Centered Approach through Contemporary Filipino Design".
I respectfully request that may I kindly be allowed to acquire data and information which would be an integral part of my research undertaking, specifically:
o The number of students enrolled in Grades 11 and 12 in both public and private schools in Quezon City (2015-present)
o Number of students enrolled per strand in both public and private schools in Quezon City (2015-present)
This is in line with our Architectural Thesis undertaking which requires us to look for a possible project within the country and develop it through innovative and relevant approach in terms of architectural design. This would be done in the course of intensive and comprehensive research and present it into an architectural design translation and working drawings. Moreover, this is also part of our curriculum leading to the fulfillment of the requirements of the Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
Your most favorable and preferential consideration upon this matter is highly appreciated. Rest assured that all data and information gathered from your good office would be intended for academic purposes only and of high confidentiality.
Respectfully yours,
Ace Adrian A. Mendiola
