Good day! I would like to request for information regarding the number of reported fire incidents of each barangay of Cebu City from January 1, 2017, to June 30, 2018. This information will be used as support in the thesis being conducted by University of San Carlos Industrial Engineering students with a working title of “Barangay-level Application of Supply Chain Management in Disaster Relief Operations”. This study aims to provide a tool to be used in the operations involved in distributing relief goods in times of disasters. We hope to hear from you soon.
