Dear Sir / Ma’am:
This is to formally request for demographics / number of enrollees in Senior High School in Makati City schools for school year 2019 – 2020.
I am Amada M. Nayve and currently enrolled at the University of the Philippines Open University this semester. As part of the course requirement, we are asked to do a ready to implement Social Mobilization Plan anchored on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). Our group chose SDG 12.8 which says “by 2030 ensure that people everywhere have the relevant information and awareness for sustainable development and lifestyles in harmony with nature”
Expected output will be campaign materials to create awareness about sustainable development lifestyles. Our target audience are Senior High School students, because we believe they will be good influencers to their respective families, school and the society as a whole.

I refer to my letter of Mar 09, 2021 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The number of enrollees in senior high school in Makati schools. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jun 01, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
