This refers to your letter on Apr 28, 2022 04:25:01 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
Under CHED Memorandum Order (MO) No.45, specific statistics identifiable to schools are deemed confidential and require consent from the schools. As such, we cannot disclose enrollment statistics from each university. What we can only provide is statistics aggregated by region.

Just to clarify, It is fine with me if you cannot provide the number of enrolled students of each state universities in NCR. I just need the overall population of all undergraduate state university students in NCR.
