Hi I would like to make a request as part of my architectural thesis, I would like to request the following data
Number of oncology doctors, oncology nurses, palliative care doctors and nurses, pathologists,oncology clinical pharmacist, registered dietitian (RD or RDN), Diagnostic radiologist, rehabilitation theraphists, mental health professionals in the Philippines, specially in CALABARZON from year 2018-2023

Dear Danielle Stephanie Sigue,
I refer to my letter of Oct 15, 2023 08:24:15 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The number of each professionals in a oncology team.
In order for us to work further on your request, may we inform you that PRC does not have a data for Oncology Team. We can only provide the number of registered professionals (Physicians/Nurses) as a whole or per region (examinees that passed the licensure examination). This does not include per specialization of Doctors or designation, even the employment status of the professionals, as this is beyond the jurisdiction of the Commission.
If you are referring for Psychiatrist for Mental Health Professionals, it is also not available due to Psychiatrist is a specialization of Physician. What PRC has
are Psychologists and PMET.
For your clarification or you may respond to our email last October 16, 2023 for easier reference.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 12, 2024 02:00:43 AM, your request will be closed.

Dear Danielle Stephanie,
I refer to my letter of Oct 20, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The number of each professionals in a oncology team. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jan 12, 2024.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
