Good day! I would like to request for the number of drug users in Metro Manila as of July 1, 2016 to December 1 2017 could I also have a breakdown of the data from how many are minors to adults, and how many are male to female.

The data would be used for my thesis research on how many drug rehabilitation centers would be needed to cater the number of drug users in Metro Manila. Thank you
