-	Not extant. However, you are free to contact the Department of Public Works and Highways, instead. You may verify via their FOI Channel if they have this document. -	Not extant. But we have as alternative (attached) Presidential Decree (PD) No. 1616, as amended, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Please refer to the provisions on Land Use in the said IRR; 
-	For literature, you may wish to visit our Fr. Luis Merino Library at our office at 5/F Palacio del Gobernador in Intramuros.
