Thank you for your request dated August 23, 2022, under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You requested information about the number of COVID-19 cases among children aged 0-17 years in the following region:
1.) The number of COVID-19 cases among children aged 0-17 years in Region 3.
2.) The number of COVID-19 cases among children aged 0-17 years in the following provinces:

c.) Bulacan
d.) Nueva Ecija
e.) Pampanga

The Philippine Council for Health Research and Development (PCHRD), one of the sectoral councils of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), is mandated to: (1) formulate policies, plans, programs, project, and strategies for health S&T development; (2) program and allocate government and external funds for research and development (R&D); (3) monitor R&D projects; and (4) generate external funds.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we regret that our office does not have the information you have requested. However, we referred your request to the Department of Health’s Epidemiology Bureau and Department of Health - Center for Health Development Region 3.
