Good day! I am Rich De Guzman, a development communication student from UPLB. I would like to request a dataset containing the number of college dropouts per state university in the country for the Academic Year 2020-2021. The requested dataset can include, but is not limited to: 1) number of LOA cases 2) number of AWOL cases 3) number of dismissed cases This request is in compliance with our academic requirement for DEVC 127: Data Journalism for Development. Rest assured that the acquisition of the dataset will be used confidentially for academic purposes. Thank you!

Your request You asked for the number of college dropouts in state universities across the country. Response to your request Unfortunately, we cannot provide the said information. Under CHED Memorandum Order (MO) No.45, specific statistics identifiable to schools are deemed confidential and require consent from the schools. What we can only provide is statistics aggregated by region. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
