Thank you for your reply. The purpose of my study is to analyze the effectivity of the Python program SPATIAL which optimizes school districting, I plan to use a localized dataset. Specifically, Manila. The specific information I need is outlined below:
- The number of classrooms in every public elementary school in Manila categorized by each (e.g. Binondo, Ermita, Intramuros, Malate, Paco, Pandacan, Port Area, Quiapo, Sampaloc, San Andres, San Miguel, San Nicolas, Santa Ana, Santa Cruz, Santa Mesa, Tondo) if it applies.
The intended output is a thesis paper. Attached is a formal request letter.
