Hi ,i would like to request and investigation regarding of using my Replaced Sim Number for any fraudaulent activities that has made from Gcash and FUSE LENDING INC. They let those scammers get easily access my account details and making unauthorized transactions under my name or account details . Please help me. I'd already relay my complains to them but they're no quick actions responded. Especially the FUSE LENDING INC. they just easily approved and disputing immediately the GLoan Application without asking security questions for Owner's account authentication. Please help me!

Your request You seek help due to the unauthorized access of your personal information by an online lending app, resulting in unauthorized transactions being carried out using your personal data. Response to your request While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, your inquiry is not a valid FOI request but a complaint to which the filing should follow our process under the NPC citizen’s charter. Under Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016, it provides for the guidelines on full public disclosure and transparency in the public service which covers only access to information, official records, public records, and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development.
