1. The number of Abandoned and Neglected Children in the Province of Batangas
2. The age bracket of abandoned and neglected children (girls and boys)
2. The number of accredited orphanages for these abandoned and neglected children

Your request
You requested for the following: (1) The number of Abandoned and Neglected Children in the Province of Batangas; (2) The age bracket of abandoned and neglected children (girls and boys); and (3) The number of accredited orphanages for these abandoned and neglected children.
Response to your request
The DSWD only has limited information, specifically to those abandoned and neglected children, residing in its centers and institutions in the Province of Batangas. The DSWD can also give the number of accredited orphanages in the Province of Batangas.
Thus, we shall partially grant your request and we shall refer your request with respect to this matter to the proper DSWD office.
Further, since you are asking data specific to the Province of Batangas, the Local Government Unit (LGU) of the Province of Batangas might also have the data you are looking for. Hence, you may also wish to direct your request to the LGU.
