Magandang Gabi po sainyo . Nais ko lng po irequest sainyo na makita ang exact waitlisted ng DSWD hingil sa mga benefeciaries katulad ko po na . Hanggang sa ngayon ay hindi paden po natatanggap ang 2nd tranche ng SAP na programa po ng ating gobyerno . Na pinamahala sa kawani o Ahensya ng DSWD . 
 Dahil buhat po ng magsimula ang programang ito ay isang beses lng po ako tumanggap at ito ay yung paunang  ayuda ng Gobyerno ang 1st SAP po noong ECQ  .

So therefore how about my request . It possible that DSWD are accepting my message for them ?

Please ensure that, in addition to all the mandatory fields, kindly attach copy of any government-issued I.D (with photo) or passport for validation purposes.

Further, this is not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.

However, a partial list is available at https://sap.dswd.gov.ph. You can view the SAP beneficiary list of municipalities/cities that have submitted their list to the DSWD Field Offices.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary ROLANDO JOSELITO D. BAUTISTA at DSWD-Central Office, IBP Road Batasan Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
