May 20, 2019 Dear Grace Lily Jane Manulong, We regret that we cannot provide you the information you are requesting since it is very broad. We asking again for clarification. If you need are raw data of NDHS, we would like to inform that you when requesting for dataset (raw data) the following must be observed 1. Send a letter of formal request addressed to our Head of Agency with an affixed signature of the Agency Head/Thesis Adviser of the requester indicating the specific data of puf, its reference period, and the purpose of using the microdata to [email protected] 2. Once the request is approved, we will send you Data Product Agreement for your signature. 3. Requested data will be provided to you once required documents are processed and approved. In the meantime, you may wish to visit the openstat.psa.gov.ph as this contains items of the surveys the PSA conducts, or you may send specification of tables (variables in row,column format) and we will do the tabulation for you.
