The undersigned is currently working on the 3 year School Improvement Plan of Duero National High School (2019-2022) pursuant to RA No. 9155 or known as the Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001. It aims to strengthen School-Based Management.
In connection with this, I would like to ask your permission from your good office to ask information about the NAT Results of our school from 2014 up to present to be able to assess and analyze the data and make interventions and projects in providing quality education to our learners. The information will also be used as one of the performance indicators of our school.
Below is the introduction of our School Improvement Plan (2019-2022).
The preparation of School Improvement Plan is done to ensure that the future of the institution is taken with great concern and for us to be guided in all our endeavors. This helps the school administrator, teachers, parents, students and all stakeholders to have a clear view of the targets necessary for the betterment of the school.
The Governance for Basic Education Act of 2001 or RA 9155 has specified the formulation of school improvement plan that reflects the interests and aspirations of the community it serves. Though it is a long term process to achieve our dreams, the SIP serves as the vehicle to reach our destinations.
This 3 – year School Improvement Plan (SIP) of Duero National High School for school year 2019 to 2022 is a resource for the continuing growth of the school as an educational institution. This is one of the attempts to lay Duero National High School’s foundation in print, which will serve best to carry its mission towards the realization of its vision. This plan contains the positive and constructive facts to better off its present status, consequently acknowledging those who have profound interest in upholding the primary end goal of the school.
This plan is developed based on the needs of the school, prioritizing and identifying the target of profitability on the students. Every stakeholder intends to use and implement this plan in a progressive manner so as to see and be able to reap whatever has been cultivated.

I refer to my letter of Aug 01, 2019 03:55:58 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The NAT results of Duero National High School from SY 2014 up to present.
Please be informed of the additional requirements you need to submit. To process your request, kindly submit the following documents to [email protected], stating your FOI request tracking code:
a. Letter specifying the purpose of the request and the data being requested (year administration, scope, variables);
a. School ID to show proof that you are enrolled in a higher education institution;
B. Copy of your approved thesis/dissertation proposal signed by your Adviser;
c. Endorsement letter signed by the school Dean.
Note that the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) can only release 10% of the actual number of examinees per year. Individual test results with names shall not be released unless the “data subject agrees to the collection and processing of personal information about and/or relating to him/her” per Section 3 of Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Additionally, a corresponding amount shall be charged by BEA for the processing of the data request.
