Greetings! I would like to request information regarding the monthly rainfall data, monthly maximum and minimum temperature data, and monthly relative humidity data in Luzon by province - all of the provinces of Luzon - from January 1, 2018, to December 31, 2018, for our Practical Research class in De La Salle University. Our research is entitled “Spatial Mapping and Modelling of Reported Dengue Incidences in 2018 in the Provinces of Luzon, Philippines ” where my team and I will be mapping the number of dengue cases in the provinces in Luzon.

I refer to my letter of Nov 09, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The monthly rainfall, maximum and minimum temperature, and relative humidity data per Luzon province. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Feb 01, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
