Good day! My thesis aims to assess the school districting in Manila, titled "An Analysis of Memetic Algorithm-Based Spatial Partitioning for Optimizing School Districting in Manila using SPATIAL". May I request for the data on the population of age group 5-13 residing in the city of Manila categorized by administrative unit? (e.g. Binondo, Ermita, Intramuros, Malate, Paco, Pandacan, Port Area, Quiapo, Sampaloc, San Andres, San Miguel, San Nicolas, Santa Ana, Santa Cruz, Santa Mesa, Tondo) I am hoping for your consideration.
