Hi! I would like to know the location of the phone numbers listed that has scammed me for a total of P42,490. Two payment transaction happened, one is with the 09120452312 via gcash-to-paymaya app for an amount of P30000 and the other was with 09269278514 via gcash-to-gcash app for P12490. I would appreciate a respond as we have tried reaching out to our local police and found no legal progress. Thank you.

Response to Request Please be informed that the NTC has no capability to locate lost cellphone unit and also the cellphone numbers. In reference to the above request , may we refer you to visit/contact our Consumer Welfare and Protection Division (CWPD) for the Complaint on Text Message (Text Spam, Text Scam, Illegal/Obscene Text Message, THREATS and other related Items.)
